03302-0457 or by calling 271-2687. Forms may also be obtained from the local NH Assessing Office. |
Notice of Intent to Excavation | Required to obtain permission to extract gravel on your property. Fill out the form and bring or mail it in to the City Assessor's office. Please include a check for $100 payable to the State of New Hampshire. |
