Email meeting minutes from an electronic email vote on Thursday May 24, 2007 for the Berlin Industrial Development & Park Authority Board.
The following items were voted on by the board:
1. Does BIDPA agree to take the subordinate position to SBA.~~
2. Give Dick as chairman, the authority sign the corrective deed and all other documents necessary to effectuate the transaction.~
The board voted as follows by email:
· Richard Huot – yes to both
· Terry Block – yes to both
· Mike Caron – yes to both
· Jerry Dumoulin – yes to both
· Elizabeth Ward – yes to both
· Paul Lozier – yes to both.
