-Added eight new flower boxes downtown adding more flowers to a brilliant array of plantings
-A well-attended Main Street Board of Directors strategic planning session for mapping the organizations future
-Held forums for building code issues and participated in the Governors statewide task force on downtown development
-Held a volunteer spring clean-up
-Created unified promotions for downtown businesses including a group advertising campaign & a downtown visitor guide
-Produced newsletters to communicate downtown information
-Held a pledge drive and lobbied for city support
-Created an ongoing program of displays in empty storefronts
-Participated in state & national Main Street conferences
