Sec. 15-81. Overnight parking during winter.
It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vehicle to park said vehicle on any street or municipal parking area in the city between the first of November of each year and the first day of April of the following year between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., except that emergency overnight parking shall be permitted upon the Tondreau Parking Lot, so called, which is located between the east and west spans of the Mason Street Bridge

Overnight winter parking in the parking spaces located on the west side of the municipal parking lot adjacent to the Berlin Salvation Army Community Center is permitted.
