In early 2008, 900 surveys were sent out to citizens of Berlin. Plymouth State University conducted the survey which was done to collect information about the issues that are important to the community. This information will be used in conjunction with the development of the City's Master Plan. The response rate for the survey was nearly 49%! The surveyors and the Master Plan Committee thank everyone who took the time to return their surveys. This information will be very important as we move ahead planning for the community's
future.
