FEBRUARY, MAY, AUGUST & NOVEMBER QUARTERLY RATE CHARGES
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
The following rates shall be used for the April 1998 quarterly billing period and shall remain in effect until changed by the Board of Water Commissioners.

FIRE PROTECTION CHARGE: $5.00 per dwelling per quarter to maximum of 15 units.
EXAMPLE: 1 dwelling unit (single family house or store) $5.00
4 dwelling unit $20.00
15 dwelling unit $75.00
SPRINKLER HEAD FEE: .10 cents per fixture head per quarter
CUSTOMER CHARGE: $2.05 per Water Account
HOW TO COMPUTE YOUR WATER BILL: If you have a one-family dwelling and use ZERO cubic feet, bill is $20.00 for Assessment, $5.00 for Fire Protection and $2.05 customer charge = $27.05 per quarter.
If you have a one-family dwelling and use 100 to 500 cubic feet, bill is $27.83 for Water, $20.00 for Assessment, $5.00 for Fire Protection and $2.05 Customer Charge = $54.88 per quarter.
If you have a one family dwelling and use 600 to 1,000 cubic feet, bill is $41.61 for Water, $20.00 for Assessment, $5.00 for Fire Protection and $2.05 Customer Charge = $68.66 per quarter.
If you have a one-family dwelling and use between 1,000 to 1,500 cubic feet, bill is $54.29 for Water, $40.00 for Assessment, $5.00 for Fire Protection and $2.05 customer charge = $101.34 per quarter.
If you have a one-family dwelling and use 3,200 cubic feet, bill is $54.29, plus (17 x 2.07) $35.19 = $89.48 for Water, $80.00 Assessment, $5.00 for Fire Protection and $2.05 Customer Charge = $176.53 per quarter.
NOTE: For buildings with more than one dwelling unit, add $5.00 per dwelling unit to the above.
EXAMPLE:
If you have a two-family dwelling unit and your consumption is 3,200 cubic feet, bill would be $89.48 for Water, $80.00 for Assessment, $10.00 for Fire Protection and $2.05 Customer Charge = $181.53 per quarter.
