If an individual moves to Berlin from out of state they must either produce a New Hampshire Driver’s License showing their Berlin address or proof of residency which we will use to register them. Proof of residency must come in the form of a piece of mail that has gone to them at their Berlin address and been postmarked by the Postal Service. By law the registration and licensing must be done within 60 days of an individual moving to the new address.
