Has the City Adopted an Exemption for Solar Energy Systems?

The City of Berlin adopted a a resolution exempting solar energy systems in 2005.   This resolution exempts the value of the solar energy system as defined in RSA 72:61.  Council placed a “sunset” provision on this after seven years, expiring In 2012.  Prior to this expiration, the City again adopted the solar energy systems exemption.  It will expire December 31, 2018 unless further action is taken to extend the exemption to a later date.
