Site Plan Review - Jericho Gateway Family Campground

The Berlin Planning Board has received an application for a Site Plan Review from Bruce Luksza and Craig Luksza & Chassidy Roy.  The applicants are proposing to develop their two parcels at Tax Map 402 Lots 27 and 24, respectively, off of West Milan Road. The project is to develop a mix of camping sites totaling 100 sites for the purpose of seasonal camping. 

This application will be submitted to the Berlin City Planning Board at a meeting on Tuesday February 2, 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and public hearing will be held if the application is accepted by the board that same evening.  In light of the COVID 19 (Coronavirus) social distancing advice made by the Governor and CDC and following a declaration by the Planning Board Chairperson, the City is providing Meeting Participation via Zoom Online Conference for your safety. The public can join the meeting by calling 1-646-558-8656 and entering meeting ID 882 0617 5620 and passcode 801393.  You can also submit written comments prior to the meeting and send them to 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570 or email them to plaflamme@berlinnh.gov before 4:30pm on Tuesday February 2, 2021.
