NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING– BERLIN PLANNING BOARD

The Berlin Planning Board has received an application for a Site Plan Review from Coos County Family Health Services.  The applicant is proposing an expansion of to the rear of their building at 133 Pleasant Street, Tax Map 119, Lot 242.01.  

This application will be submitted to the Berlin City Planning Board at a meeting on Tuesday May 4, 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. and public hearing will be held if the application is accepted by the board that same evening.  In light of the COVID 19 (Coronavirus) social distancing advice made by the Governor and CDC and following a declaration by the Planning Board Chairperson, the City is providing Meeting Participation via Zoom Online Conference for your safety. The public can join the meeting by calling 1-646-558-8656 and entering meeting ID 884 2359 3265 and passcode 841709.  You can also submit written comments prior to the meeting and send them to 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570 or email them to plaflamme@berlinnh.gov before 4:30pm on Tuesday May 4, 2021. 

Please contact the Berlin Planning Department at 168 Main Street, from 8:30 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with any questions.  Plans are available for the public's review at the Planning Department in City Hall.
