The Trustees of Trust Funds (Trustees) for the City of Berlin are requesting proposals from investment management entities to assist in the management of the City of Berlin Trust Fund for the Jericho Wind LLC Decommissioning Fund by advising the Trustees on appropriate investment philosophy, capital market trends, regular investment performance reports, policy reviews and updates, and asset allocation strategy.  The Jericho Wind, LLC Decommissioning Fund is a new fund that is receiving annual owner contributions over a 50 year period with a goal of achieving fund balance of $8,789,542 over 50 years.

It is the desire of the Trustees to engage the services of an Investment Manager as soon as possible.  Accordingly, six (6) copies of your proposal response should be received at the City of Berlin City Manager’s Office, 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570 until 2:00 PM, February 23, 2017. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your company’s identification and labeled “Investment Management Services Proposal"
