Downtown Snowmelt Infrastructure Feasibility Study

The City of Berlin will be accepting Statements of Qualifications through Wednesday March 21, 2018 until 2:30 PM from qualified engineering firms for the provision of professional engineering feasibility assessment services.  All proposals must be addressed to the City Manager's Office, 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH 03570 in a sealed envelope marked “RFQ-Engineering Services for Downtown Snowmelt Infrastructure Feasibility Study” The City Manager reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as he may determine and to waive defects in form or minor irregularities where the best interest of the City would be served.
