NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Executive Council Chambers of City Hall, 168 Main Street, Berlin, NH, to hear the following case:
01-19 An application for Special Exception has been filed with the Berlin Zoning Board by Craig Smith on behalf of Linda Nadeau. The subject property is located in a Residential Two Family Zone, at 660 Lancaster Street, Tax Map 130, Lot 58. The request for a Special Exception, if approved, would allow a higher fence than is permitted. This request comes under Article VII, Section 17-83 1 (fence height) of the Berlin Zoning Ordinance.
